Santa Claus is real!

Santa Claus....a tale that each child loves and chooses to believe....but as you grow old, you stop believing in Santa and yet you convince the next generation into believing just the opposite.

I often wonder why do we stop believing in a character so pleasant, so magical....

Am I the only lucky girl to have found a real Santa? Santa...who has magical powers to make others happy, to magically heal the wounds whether physical, mental or emotional, to make others laugh with their impeccable sense of humour, helps forget the pain, respects people for who they are, is very modest and down to earth.....

I found my Santa! who has all these qualities and more!!! I want to thank you dear doctor for everything....for appreciating my bright business ideas, for making me munnben, for sharing the prize money ;) ...........but most importantly for being such a good human!

You have been a great friend, philosopher and guide through the entire process from diagnosis to recovery and it may have been "your farz" but every little thing you have done for me and my family is engraved in my mind and you will always be revered!

Is money a prime motivator?

What motivates you to come to work each morning? asked my HR head once. I instantly knew it wasn't the peanut sized salary that I used to get. But a recent life event got me to thinking. If salary dint matter, would I be ok to let go off even a month's salary....half months??? The answer is plain and simple NO...

I asked this question to people from different walks of life...a chartered accountant, an engineer, a wage labourer, a dentist, an event manager..... Everybody loved their job but loved the money more..

However, all beliefs, rules are subject to change. I had a surgery recently which is a big life event, but the people I met during this process turned out to be an even bigger event. Something that changed  my outlook, my faith and belief.

My doctor who for me is my living legend! refunded his consultation fees and surgery charges... I have been thinking in a world that we live in, we don't hesitate to take what isn't rightfully ours. Every penny found is a penny earned and no matter how much u earn...its never enough.

What motivates this hero to give something away so easily?....something that is rightfully his!

Ofcourse I am not the only person to have benefitted from his greatness...The world would be such a beautiful place if we all can have the principles of this man.

I salute you and ask you this....What motivates you to come to work each morning?
